Shipping Policy – Summer Camp Field Trips (SCFT) Merchandise

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard shipping within the U.S. is [insert flat rate or calculated at checkout].
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Local Pickup

Parents/guardians may choose free pickup at the camp’s central drop-off/pick-up location.
Pickup orders will be available during regular camp hours.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

SCFT is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Parents/guardians are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
