Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy – Summer Camp Field Trips (SCFT) Merchandise

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • In original packaging with tags attached.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, clearance merchandise, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

• For health and safety reasons, water bottles and similar drinkware cannot be returned if opened/used.

 

3. Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.

• If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

 

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective item, etc.).

 

5. How to Start a Return

• Contact us at support@tampa-summer-camp.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
