Please download and review the Summer Camp Handbook here: https://948756ff-7321-4b29-b424-a9bb8574f6bc.usrfiles.com/ugd/948756_d451e296418d448da155bf72411b3c60.pdf Late Pick-Up Policy Camp hours are 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. If a camper is not present by 9:00 a.m., the bus cannot wait, and a parent/guardian must drive the camper to the day’s destination—allowed only once. Parents/guardians must pick up campers promptly at 3:00 p.m. A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be charged after 3:00 p.m. Campers will remain on the bus until an approved adult arrives.   Injury & Emergency Care Policy If a child is injured, FTFC staff will keep them calm and seek appropriate care. Staff will call 911 for anything beyond minor first aid and will contact the parent/guardian or others listed on the registration form if needed. If EMS recommends hospital transport, parents/guardians are responsible for all fees. A staff member will stay with the child until an authorized adult arrives. Refund Policy Refunds are not offered unless a camper must miss the entire week for unforeseen reasons, as determined by FTFC on a case-by-case basis.
